Transactional and Strategic Representation to Healthcare Company
Represented healthcare shared services company in connection with negotiating multiple master services agreements and statements of work. Favorably negotiated physician agreements and separation agreements with problematic employees. Represented client in strategic acquisitions of hospice competitors.
Counsel to Medical Practice Group
