Tahir Farukhi is Managing Attorney at Farukhi Law, and leads the firm’s California practice. He provides his clients start-to-finish legal services across corporate and real estate transactions, and advises on regulations affecting the healthcare and technology industries. Tahir’s representation of emerging growth companies spans the entire lifecycle, from providing founder-friendly guidance at the earliest stages through an exit. His expertise includes corporate formations and structuring, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance and strategic matters. His clients have included real estate investment funds, investors, developers, sponsors, operators, lenders, borrowers, healthcare shared services companies, medical practice groups, investment funds, and international home furnishing retail companies.

Prior to Farukhi Law, Tahir worked at AmLaw and midsize law firms, serving as counsel to midsize-to-large international companies. Tahir’s business education allows him to be a business attorney and problem solver for his clients in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
